Your trip begins in Porto as you settle into your boutique hotel in the historic centre. Begin to explore the lovely Ribeira district and along the waterside, watching the rabelos (small wooden boats) bob along on the river’s currents. There are plenty of spots to have a drink before watching the sun go down over the river, with views across to Vila Nova de Gaia.
