Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us. I'm excited for you to find out what a Pura Aventura travel experience is all about.

There is nothing we like more than sharing the joy of travel to special places which means that one of our team will be looking after you very soon. Saying that, we do rest at nights and weekends, so please bear with us if it takes a day or two. Our portfolio of trips is absolutely unique and wonderful - it will be worth the wait!

Our first step will be to understand what would make your trip perfect for you, so we'll be in touch as soon as we can.

Please feel free to phone us on +44 (0)1273 676 712 or reply to this email if you've thought of any particular preferences or questions you've not yet mentioned. We're open weekdays 9am-6pm GMT.

We look forward to jumping straight into planning an amazing trip for you and thank you again for getting in touch.

Best wishes,
