About half of our holidays are tailormade - from weekends away, to family summer holidays to big birthday celebrations and honeymoons.
Some people come to us with a clear plan already made, others are just looking for inspiration. Either way, we can help advise you and create a wonderful holiday for you.
How it works
The simplest way for us to help you is for you do drop us a line to info@pura-aventura.com or call us on 0845 22 55 058 or +44 (0)1273 676712. We are available from 9am-7pm GMT/BST on weekdays. All we need is for you to tell us a bit about the sort of trip you are looking for.
The following is the typical process involved with a tailormade holiday:
1) You call in for a brief chat about your your interests, dates of travel, rough budget, etc.
2) We prepare a detailed itinerary which is then posted or emailed to you. This usually takes 24 - 48 hours.
3) You look at the holiday, request changes, ask questions, etc. until you are satisfied that it looks right for you.
4) We put a definitive price on the holiday and send you over the completed itinerary.
5a) You choose to book, or...
5b) You choose not to book. In this case, it's always nice to know why not - it helps us do a better job in future.
As a small company, we rely on our customers having the best possible holiday. The better informed your buying decision is, the more likely that you make the right choice, which is good for everyone involved.
Our detailed personal knowledge of the places we visit and our local contacts ensure that we can advise you and deliver a holiday that meets your high expectations. Whilst our main destinations form the core of what we offer, it is quite normal for us to include combinations of countries.
